A big warm welcome to Chill-Australia who has re-opened its new store recently
at Shop 4 /148 Wattletree Road,
Malvern. Chill-Australia both makes and sells restaurant quality gourmet
food to enjoy at home. Nikki Turner, Director and Head Chef, explains
“we only cook with fresh produce and do not use any additives,
artificial ingredients, preservatives, food colouring or flavour
enhancers…..we source our produce locally where possible and make
everything fresh including our cooking stocks and curry pastes”.
Chill portions come in small, medium and large, great for individuals
wanting a break from cooking or as a catering alternative for any occasion.
The Chill range is blast chilled and frozen which ensures that texture,
nutrients and flavour are locked in. This method is widely used in Europe. The concept is innovative on the local scene,
