Nikki Turner originally from Deniliquin, Southern Riverina New South Wales is a trained chef and busy mother of two. In 2005 she decided to turn her passion for delicious and wholesome food into a no-nonsense business to assist the growing number of time-pressed working Mums, elderly folk or unwell and those with hectic careers.

That’s how Chill was born

Based on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula in Mt. Eliza, Nikki sources only the freshest local produce, cooks in a custom-built stainless steel commercial kitchen and Blast chills all meals to lock in the freshness. No preservatives, additives or chemicals. Just fabulous and healthy meals to heat and eat!

“I have a huge commitment to quality produce- I only cook with homemade stock, steamed chicken, fresh seafood direct from the local markets, Frenched lamb shanks, only beef fillet cut and prime mince meat in mince dishes,” Turner says firmly.

“I believe many people work too hard to look after themselves properly, some people are too elderly to cook nutritious meals for themselves every night but want to maintain their independence by living alone. We all know Mums are one of the most time-poor groups out there, and anyone with a demanding job simply can’t be expected to stay on top of the meals all the time.”
